An invitation to reflect on your thoughts as streams of energy — learning to navigate with wisdom between light and shadow, presence and creation.

Take a moment to look at the image above. Breathe slowly. Let the frequencies of harmony, love, peace, and prosperity wash over you. This is more than a picture—it's a doorway.

Close your eyes for a moment.
Take a deep breath.
Now, imagine your mind as a vast ocean.

Not every thought arrives like a calm tide.
Some come as storms—others, like soft breezes.
There are deep waters where ancient truths lie dormant… and agitated surfaces where fears and desires swirl.

But what if, instead of trying to control each wave, the key was to create a clearer sky within?
Not to avoid the storm, but to understand that when the sky is steady, it does not tremble with the sea.

“And God said, Let there be a firmament amid the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.”
— Genesis 1:6

This line echoes more than a cosmic creation. It whispers an inner truth: dividing the waters isn’t about judgment — it’s about discernment. It’s about creating space within, where thoughts can be witnessed before becoming actions.

This separation marks the birth of polarity.
Light and shadow. Above and below. Silence and sound. Thought and impulse.

As I mentioned in the previous blog post — about the nature of water and Hermetic teachings — what is above is like what is below.”
Just as the sky reflects in the sea, what we hold in the subtle space of the mind manifests in our actions, words, and presence.
There is no real separation — only reflection.

Polarity is not a flaw in creation. It is its language.
Through it, we learn to choose, to feel, to evolve.
It’s not about eliminating negative thoughts, but learning to move through them with presence.

Perhaps the firmament in those ancient texts wasn’t just a physical sky, but a sacred space of awareness — between the waters of the mind — where we can observe without reacting, separate without judging, dive deep without losing ourselves.

The question, then, is not whether you’ll have good or bad thoughts.
It is: what kind of sky are you allowing to reflect in your waters?

Because if the sky is turbulent, the sea reacts.
But with presence… the mirror clears. And direction returns.

So today, take a breath. Look inward.
Don’t fight the waves.
Change the sky.

Daily Practice:
When you wake up, place your hand on your heart, close your eyes, and softly say:
"Today, I choose to create an inner sky that inspires my waters."
Throughout the day, simply observe your thoughts.
Don’t try to control them. Just notice where they come from… and where they lead.
